Every Thursday night in summer, there is a celebration of 'pinchos' in Arinaga. Several of the popular bars including el Timon, the Nelson, la Fragata and others set up their pinchos. You pay a standard fee (4.00€) to sample one food item and get a drink to go with it.  The aim is that you get to sample local foods and drinks.
